The low student learning outcomes in mathematics may be caused by the selection of an inappropriate model. To able to help students understand mathematics, it is necessary take action that can improve outcomes. As effort outcomes, this study used STAD-type Cooperative Learning model with type Classroom Action Research (CAR). purpose determine increase before and after being given form applying Based on findings have been analyzed, there cycle I, namely during initial observations average only amounted 53.3. After implementation first learning, began value 69.3. However, tends still below targeted completeness criteria. So earning was carried out again II. During II, experienced increase, 81.1 obtained so could declared "Completed" because had achieved Thus concluded STAD Model mathematics.
